In a swimwear outfit
I came in contact with her through a picture I spotted months back. She was modeling a swimwear and I could not help but marvel at her confidence and poise. She is effortlessly confident when strutting the catwalks. This is what I love seeing in models. So, when I got info that she was one of the models that entered for Nigeria’s Next Super Model, which held in November 2011, I was not surprised. She has it all. Now, the rest is history!

Imade Bolanle Ogbewi is a 19 year-old, 5ft 11′ Lagos-based model from Edo State. The University of Lagos student whose inspiration is her mother, has done several editorials, shoots and fashion shows. The shows done include AFI Jo’burg, Lagos Style Week, Gambian Fashion Night, FAB NIGHT OUT 2011, WOW Fashion Show. She has modeled for MON AMI, MODELA COUTURE, House of J’Ola, Phunkafrique, Vonne Couture, amongst many others. She was recently on the frontpage of Allure Magazine.

Imade, who recently won the prestigious modeling contest NNSM 2011, aspires to be a well known international model people will look up to as role model. Through focus, determination and hardwork, I see this young talented model making it. She’s a model to watch this 2012!
